If you plan to sleep or rest deeply during your session, bringing a blanket, pillow, or eye mask can enhance your comfort. Additionally, you may bring your own headphones or earplugs if you prefer a different auditory experience other than the ambient music that will be provided.
It is recommended to take a detox bath for a minimum of 20 minutes within 24 hours of your session to support the body’s natural cleansing process. Staying well-hydrated is essential, and if available, alkaline water is encouraged for optimal results.

No, you do not need to undress during an EESystem session. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and many users find that wearing layers helps them adjust to the room's temperature, which may vary during the session. It's also advisable to wear socks or slippers, as street shoes are typically not permitted in the EESystem room.
